Labor Market Change (Mar’11 – Feb’14).- The labor force market has grown slightly at 0.5%. The good news is employment is growing and unemployment is decreasing. Hispanics fuel a major portion of White-Collar job gains while in a declining Blue-Collar sector, Hispanics are retaining more jobs.
