The Hispanic segment employment growth momentum has been accelerating in the most recent 5 months of 2013 as compared to the last 12 months.  The Hispanic rate of employment growth is 57% faster than that among Millennials and twelve times faster than that among White Non-Hispanics. Implications on consumer demand and business growth opportunities are significant. Is your organization ready to take more than its fair share of this new growth before your competitors do?
